Online Computer Repair Service for Windows 7 installation

| |

I bought a new desktop last month. Being excited I decided to start from scratch.
Originally, it was shifted with Windows XP service pack 3, and Office 2007, which didn’t allure me. Being driven by passion, I uninstalled or formatted the system hard-disk so as to get everything new and dazzling.
I started the Windows 7 installation with a Windows 7 Home Premium DVD, which I had got from a retail shop. The setup process started well, but it went nowhere, it stopped with an error message "No Operating System Found" or "NTLDR is Missing".
It really irritated me. I contacted the PC vendor, but that was useless. He said, “Everything was right from our end and you must have done something wrong.” His answer added oil to the fire. But at the moment I kept mum.
In the evening, I chatted with a friend regarding the Windows 7 installation. He gave me a web-link of a company which was good in delivering online computer support. Initially, I thought “how it can happen?” And is it practically feasible that someone can remotely install the operating software.
As the instruction was from a reliable source, so it holds gravity, and I called up the service provider over the phone. Initially, I was puzzled while providing information about the system. Then being a drowning man I kept my head cool. I didn’t want to sour the curd.
The technician then offered me an article for Windows 7 installation, which ultimately solved the purpose. Then I came to know that actually, the problem was nothing it was bit ignorance, as I had not selected the right option under the boot menu in BIOS so that it can boot from DVD.
Thanks, computer technical support was there, which ended up my frustration.
